This policy explains how GrowthOps AI Limited ("GrowthOps AI", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong, collects and uses personal information when you fill out one of our forms (including Facebook and Instagram lead forms) or contact us.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: first name, last name, email address and phone number.
- Your answers to our application questions, such as your business type, how you produce ad creative, your monthly ad spend range and how urgent the need is.
- Messages you send us.
How we use it
- To review whether our service is a fit for your business.
- To contact you by email, phone or text message about your application and to schedule a call.
- To send information about our services that you asked for. You can opt out at any time.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example Meta, which hosts our lead forms, and our CRM, email and scheduling tools), and only for the purposes above, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Reply "STOP" to any text message, or contact us using the details below. We handle requests in line with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and other laws that apply to you.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
